CONDITIONS OF SALE

The conditions of sale described below are those that govern the commercial agreement established through the Finca Ermita online store between its customers and Finca Ermita.

THE COMMAND

You can place the order via the Internet, with the purchase process of the online store. All the products that you can consult and buy in the online store are in stock. Otherwise, we will explicitly indicate the unavailable references.

All products contain detailed information : product, format, variety, harvest year and physico-chemical and sensory characteristics.

All product prices are expressed in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs appear, separately, at the time of the formalization of the order (before payment), because they vary according to the destination.

Regarding price changes in the online store, Finca Ermita reserves the right to update them without notice. Nevertheless, orders placed will retain the price set at the time of validation of the purchase and once the payment has been validated.

HOW TO BECOME A CLIENT OF Finca Ermita

Through the order form, you must provide us with your personal data. This information is essential to be able to send you your order and at the same time issue the corresponding commercial documents. (delivery note and invoice).

When you complete a purchase process, we understand that you understand and accept the prices, the description of the product and the general conditions of sale.

ORDER DELIVERY

The carrier will deliver the order by collie tracked according to the destination. If you have any doubts, you can confirm the deadline atcontact@fincaermita.com

You can make payment for orders from 2 manners :

RETURNS AND GUARANTEES

The user has the right to return the purchased products. The user can exercise his right of return within a period of 24 hours from receipt of the product(s). To do this, you will need to contactcontact@fincaermita.com in order to notify your desire to withdraw from the contract and send the goods to the address :Estate ErmitaPoligono 154

The shipping costs generated will be borne by the buyer in any case. Once the goods have been received, Finca Ermita will inspect it to confirm whether the refund of the amount corresponding to the product is appropriate. The refund of the price of the returned products will be made within a period of 10 days from receipt of the goods and once the control has been carried out.

We always try to ensure that the packaging is the most appropriate to protect the product, however, in the event that the purchased items are damaged, defective or that the packaging is in poor condition, the buyer must contact the seller within 24 hours of receipt of the product, by communicating the circumstance by e-mail tocontact@fincaermita.com 

From there, appropriate steps will be taken to replace it with a new one at no additional cost, or to return the purchase amount and shipping costs.

In this case, the costs generated as a result of the return will be borne by the seller. The products are always sent perfectly packaged, so that if the box arrives damaged or broken, the buyer must mention it on the delivery note and inform the seller within a maximum period of 10 days.

In case of cancellation of the order, if this arrives before the departure of the goods, the customer will not have to assume any costs. In case of cancellation after departure, the customer will have to bear the cost of shipping and returning the product.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION

The conditions of use of the Finca Ermita website are subject to Spanish law.
